Pumpkin Chai Tiramisu

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree Well-drained
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese Room temp
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream Cold
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For cream
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar For pumpkin mix
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup Optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg Fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup strong chai tea Brewed & cooled
  • 2 tablespoon dark rum Optional
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder For dusting
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest Optional

Instructions

  • Brew chai, dip ladyfingers, layer base.
  • Mix mascarpone, cream cheese, pumpkin, spices.
  • Whip cream, fold into pumpkin mix.
  • Layer cream, ladyfingers, repeat.
  • Dust with cocoa & pumpkin spice.
  • Chill at least 4 hrs or overnight.
