Instructions
Butter and dust ramekins.
Melt chocolate and butter.
Whisk eggs and sugar.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Pour half the batter into ramekins.
Add ganache or cream cheese center.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake 12–14 minutes.
Rest for 1 minute.
Invert and serve warm.
