Instructions
Mix starter, water & flour sponge.
Rest until bubbly.
Add dry ingredients & knead.
Stretch & fold for 2–3 hrs.
Let bulk ferment till doubled.
Roll & brush dough with butter.
Add cinnamon sugar.
Shape, place in pan, proof.
Bake at 375°F for 35–40 min.
Cool before slicing.
Notes
Optional ingredients like raisins and walnuts add texture and flavor variety. Perfect toasted with butter or enjoyed plain.
