Instructions
Combine starter, water, flour, and salt until dough forms.
Cover and rest dough for 30 minutes.
Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
Let rise 4–8 hours until doubled.
Cut dough into 8–10 balls and rest 10 minutes.
Flatten into thin circles.
Heat skillet; cook 45 seconds per side.
Keep tortillas warm in towel.
