Instructions
Preheat oven.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg, vanilla, strawberry jam, and food coloring. Mix until combined.
Gradually stir in dry mixture until dough forms.
Use cookie scoop to portion dough onto lined baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes or until edges are just set. Do not overbake.
Cool cookies on a wire rack.
Mix glaze ingredients until smooth using a fine-mesh strainer if needed.
Dip cookies in glaze and let set before serving.
