Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour Finely ground
  • ¾ cup Cocoa powder Dark, unsweetened
  • ¾ cup Erythritol or monk fruit Granulated
  • ½ cup Butter Melted
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Pure
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder Gluten-free
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt Fine
  • ½ cup Walnuts or pecans Chopped (optional)
  • cup Dark chocolate chips Sugar-free

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare pan.
  • Mix almond flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
  • Combine butter and erythritol until smooth.
  • Whisk eggs with vanilla extract.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake 25–30 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting.
