Instructions
Mix mascarpone, sugar, espresso, liqueur, and crumbs until smooth.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Scoop and roll into even truffles.
Refrigerate another 30 minutes until firm.
Dip each in melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder before chocolate sets.
Refrigerate until firm and glossy.
