Instructions
Cream butter + sugars until fluffy, add eggs & vanilla
Mix in dry ingredients gently
Fold in toffee bits & chocolate chips
Scoop dough balls, flatten, sprinkle sea salt
Chill dough for 15 mins
Bake 10–12 mins at 350°F
Cool 5 mins on sheet, transfer to rack
