  • 1 Cookie scoop or spoon For uniform dough balls
  • 2 Baking sheets Lined with parchment

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour spoon & level
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter softened, room temp
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup White granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs room temp
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract pure
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups English toffee bits
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sprinkle Sea salt flakes for topping

Instructions

  • Cream butter + sugars until fluffy, add eggs & vanilla
  • Mix in dry ingredients gently
  • Fold in toffee bits & chocolate chips
  • Scoop dough balls, flatten, sprinkle sea salt
  • Chill dough for 15 mins
  • Bake 10–12 mins at 350°F
  • Cool 5 mins on sheet, transfer to rack
