Instructions
Cream butter & sugars until fluffy
Add eggs & vanilla
Combine dry ingredients & fold in chocolate + pecans
Scoop dough balls onto tray
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 min
Re-press indentations while warm
Melt caramel + cream until smooth
Fill cookies with caramel
Top with pecans & sea salt, cool completely
