Instructions
Chop white chocolate finely and pour hot cream over it. Stir until smooth. Add butter and vanilla.
Let ganache cool 15 min, then refrigerate for 2 hrs.
Scoop chilled ganache and roll into small balls. Chill again 1 hr.
Melt extra chocolate, dip truffles, and add toppings.
Let coating harden for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality white chocolate with real cocoa butter. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
