  • 1 Double boiler or microwave-safe bowl For melting chocolate
  • 1 Melon baller or small scoop For shaping truffles
  • 1 Silicone spatula For stirring
  • 1 Parchment paper To prevent sticking
  • 1 Small forks For dipping truffles
  • 1 Thermometer For temperature control
  • Several Mixing bowls For ganache and coating
  • 1 Airtight container For storage

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Premium white chocolate Use real cocoa butter chocolate
  • 0.5 cup Heavy whipping cream Warm, not boiling
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional flavor
  • 0.25 cup Powdered sugar For sweetness and structure
  • Cocoa powder, nuts, or coconut flakes For coating
  • Lemon zest or extract Optional flavor variation

Instructions

  • Chop white chocolate finely and pour hot cream over it. Stir until smooth. Add butter and vanilla.
  • Let ganache cool 15 min, then refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  • Scoop chilled ganache and roll into small balls. Chill again 1 hr.
  • Melt extra chocolate, dip truffles, and add toppings.
  • Let coating harden for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate with real cocoa butter. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
