Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs Large
  • cup Vegetable Oil Canola oil also works
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips Optional, for extra fudginess

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and oil.
  • Stir until dough forms; don’t overmix.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set.
  • Let cookies cool on pan for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
