  • 2 Baking sheets Line with parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • 2 Mixing bowls For egg yolk and egg white mixtures
  • 1 Rubber spatula To fold egg whites gently into the yolk mixture

Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs Separate yolks and whites, room temperature preferred
  • 3 oz ounces Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • ¼ teaspoon Cream of Tartar Helps stabilize egg whites
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt (optional) Adjust for taste

Instructions

  • Mix yolks & cream cheese
  • Whip egg whites
  • Combine mixtures
  • Spoon & bake

Notes

  • Eggs must be at room temperature for best results
