Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers leave some larger bits for texture
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks/chips plus extra for topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows plus extra for topping
  • 1 bar Hershey’s chocolate optional for topping

  • Cream butter and sugars
  • Add eggs and vanilla
  • Whisk dry ingredients
  • Add dry to wet
  • Fold in graham and chocolate
  • Fold in marshmallows
  • Scoop dough
  • Top with extras
  • Bake
  • Broil top
