  • 1 Muffin tin or mini pie tins
  • 1 Electric mixer Or whisk, for whipped cream
  • 2 Mixing bowls Medium size
  • 1 set Measuring cups/spoons
  • 1 Sharp knife For slicing bananas

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs About 10–12 full sheets
  • 5 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar Granulated

Filling

  • 1 box Instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz box
  • 2 cups Cold milk Whole or 2% preferred
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Chilled
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar For whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Banana Layer

  • 2–3 medium Bananas Ripe but firm
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Prevents browning

Instructions

  • Chill crust
  • Fold cream
  • Add bananas
  • Add pudding
  • Whip cream
  • Refrigerate
