Instructions
Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined sheet.
Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Insert cake pop sticks into the chilled balls.
Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
Sprinkle with decorations while the chocolate is still wet.
Place cake pops upright in a stand and let the chocolate set completely.
